♡ Clean shoes gently using a soft cloth, brush, or appropriate cleaner based on the material (leather, fabric, suede, etc.).

♡ Store shoes in a cool, dry place. If possible, keep them in their original box or a dust bag to protect them from dust, sunlight, and humidity.

All orders have a 10-12 Business Day Processing + Delivery Time Frame (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays).

♡ You will receive Tracking Order Numbers within 2-3 Business Days. If you cannot wait that time frame, please refrain from ordering this product! NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be given for issues with processing and shipping. 

RETURN POLICY: 30-Day Returns: Store Credit

We have a 30-day Return Policy By Store Credit, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

♡ With few exceptions, eligible returns will be refunded as store credit. If the item is damaged or defective, an exchange will be provided, subject to availability. Store credit, refunds, and exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of the return being completed.

♡ To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
