Our jewelry is high quality and made to last a long time. With proper care and etiquette, your jewelry can maintain its shine and tarnish free. Please ensure you follow the steps below to prevent your jewelry from tarnishing and allowing them to last long:

• Some of our jewelry are Sterling Silver, however we recommend that your not shower, swim or bathe with your jewelry.
• Be careful where you spray your perfume, body spray or apply lotion.
• Wait for any liquids, lotions or sprays to fully dry before placing jewelry on.
• If possible, store jewelry in a ziplock bag, or somewhere that contains low level of humidity.

PRODUCT SHIPPING DETAILS

All jewelry orders have a 5-8 Business Day Processing + Delivery Time Frame (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). There Will Be No “Expedited” or “Express Shipping” Option Due to the Processing and OverSea Mandatory Process. You will receive Tracking Order Numbers within 2-3 Business Days. If you cannot wait that time frame, please refrain from ordering this product! NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS will be given for issues with processing and shipping. 

RETURN POLICY: 30-Day Returns: Store Credit

We have a 30-day Return Policy By Store Credit, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. With few exceptions, eligible returns will be refunded as store credit. If the item is damaged or defective, an exchange will be provided, subject to availability. Store credit, refunds, and exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of the return being completed. Please note, all final sale items are clearly marked and are not eligible for store credit or returns.
